Firstly, thank you for choosing to shop with us! Our turn around time before your order is shipped is 5-10 business days. Unfortunately express postage does not speed up our process, only Australia Post's. We work through orders in chronological order and do the best we can to get them to you asap! Most of our products are lovingly handmade, which takes some extra time. Most of our ‘launches’ include already made items, but personalised items and select lanyards will need to be made before we can ship your order off. Please please double check these production times against your order prior to contacting us.

Any order containing a pre-order item will ship once the pre-order item is ready. We can arrange delivery for your order and then ship your pre-order item when it is ready, but this will be subject to extra postage charges. Pre-order estimates will be available in the product listings.

Polymer clay is a delicate material by nature. We do all we can to ensure that our creations are effectively shaped in a way that protects against breakages. Although we do our best on our end to create a long lasting product, we cannot guarantee that polymer clay will not break over time. If your lanyard is knocked, picked, dropped, bumped etc, DAMAGE CAN OCCUR. Our products are fragile and should always be handled with care. Please store your purchases safely when they're not being worn. We DO NOT recommend putting your lanyards into your pocket. Our lanyards are made from polymer clay, which is a delicate materiel. A dry, flat area away from direct sunlight is ideal. A Miss T Teachables Lanyard Organiser can assist in the storage of your lanyards. Please don't wear your purchases in the shower, swimming, while sleeping or leave them in full sunlight for extended periods of time. This may discolour and weaken the clay. Perfumes, makeup and oils may damage or blemish your purchases. To clean them, gently wipe with a soft microfibre cloth. DO NOT USE BABY OR ANTIBACTERIAL WIPES, or any other wet substances. Our varnish is water based and will react with moisture. Be careful when removing and storing your earrings - please remove them from your ears while supporting the earring pad where it meets the clay (this will make sure there is no extra pressure on the glue bond). Do not place any pressure or strain on your beads, as this will cause breakage/cracking. We DO NOT recommend that our lanyards are used by children.

$2.45 Untracked Shipping Our $2.45 Shipping option is UNTRACKED. These parcels go through the Australia Post letter system. According to Australia Post, letters are delivered every 3 days. This may cause some delay in the delivery of your parcel. If you wish to have your parcel tracked, we strongly recommend that you opt for our $10 parcel box. The average delivery timeframe for all $2.45 Untracked Shipping is 5-15 business days, with additional possible delays due to the ongoing pandemic. Miss T Teachables is not liable for lost parcels or damages caused in transit if you select $2.45 shipping. If you select untracked shipping at checkout, you agree to these terms and conditions. Please bear in mind the delays caused due to COVID-19. Parcel Post To ensure your product arrives to you with tracking, choose our $10 Parcel Box post option. All orders are sent through Australia Post. For standard shipping, Australia Post can take up to 10 business days to deliver your order. Unfortunately, these delivery times are out of our control. Please allow extra time for postage during peak hours. Please bear in mind the delays caused due to COVID-19. Express Shipping If you are wanting your order to arrive sooner, please opt for express post at checkout. Please note standard production and order processing times still apply to express orders, however we do our best to ship them as soon as possible. Typically, Aus Post take 1-2 business days. Please bear in mind the delays caused due to COVID-19. International Shipping: For those who are not located in Australia, shipping is calculated by weight. Shipping starts at $19 (AUD) Please see your shipping cost at checkout. All product prices are in AUD, so please be mindful of currency conversion. If you notice your shipping address is incorrect BEFORE your item ships: Contact us ASAP with your correct address via our email (miss.t.teachables@gmail.com) with the following format: Name Order number Correct address If you notice your shipping address is incorrect AFTER your item ships: Unfortunately this is out of our control. We will ship all orders to the address entered at checkout by the customer. Our system does not change addresses, nor does it recognise mistakes such as missing unit numbers. You will find the shipping address you entered at checkout on your confirmation after checkout, order confirmation email and shipping confirmation email. Please check these details carefully with each update you receive regarding your order.

If you haven’t received any email correspondence since you placed your order, it is likely that your address was entered incorrectly at checkout. Once you confirm payment, you will receive an order confirmation email and a shipping confirmation email once your order has been shipped.

Please note that Miss T Teachables will not be responsible for your parcel once it has been posted. Miss T Teachables will honour purchases that are shipped using the Postage Box option at checkout. We recognise you want extra security in your purchases, and by selecting a $10 box post option, we will guarantee your order should loss or damages occur. Due to the nature of a handmade product, we cannot provide a warranty. Products with glitter, foil leaf and small parts will wear faster with use. Please ensure you are treating your products with care at all times. All of our items are quality checked before leaving our store but as they are handmade, please allow some room for very minor variances from images shown. If further issues occur, return postage will be at the expense of the buyer. Once your lanyard is in use, any damages are not Miss T Teachables' responsibility. You must treat your products with care at all times. Polymer clay is a delicate material. ACRYLIC LANYARDS: Acrylic is a durable material, however it is not indestructible. Cracks, snapping and breaking can occur if your acrylic is dropped or placed under pressure such as squeezing or bending. POLYMER CLAY LANYARDS: Polymer clay is a delicate material by nature. We do all we can to ensure that our creations are effectively shaped in a way that protects against breakages. We also make many clay creations of your favourite book characters. These creations have lots of small parts and should always be treatede like mini works of art! Although we do our best on our end to create a long lasting product, we cannot guarantee that polymer clay will not break over time. If your lanyard is knocked, picked, dropped, bumped etc, DAMAGE CAN OCCUR.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept any exchanges or refunds of products for change of mind. By placing an order with us, you agree to these terms. Please ensure that you are happy with your item/s before purchasing. This includes personalised lanyards. Please also note that each bead/colour is hand made and mixed. Colour shades may slightly vary. If you have any questions or queries about a product, please no not hesitate to contact us. We have worked hard to ensure that the images, descriptions and measurements are true to the product. If product breakages/damages occur upon the arrival of your lanyard, Miss T Teachables will provide a solution within 30 days of your purchase. After your lanyard has arrived, any damages caused to the lanyard are not Miss T Teachables' responsibility. Please be aware that polymer clay is delicate in nature and should always be handed with care. Damages can happen if beads are knocked, picked or bumped. Please be aware of the nature of our products when purchasing. Any product older than 30 days will not be refunded or reviewed. These products are not suitable for child use. They are great teaching tools, but not suitable for little fingers!

Is your lanyard one of our 2mm corded lanyards? You're in luck! Our range of 2mm corded lanyards (all lanyards except fabric lanyards) are made a little longer than needed to cater for a wider range of heights and sizes. We do this in the aim to be as size inclusive as we can! All you need is scissors. Pop open your breakaway clasp and push them down the cord. Measure your lanyard against yourself and cut the cord to your desired length. TIP: Leave a little extra cord length for when you tie the knot so it sits as desired. Pop your breakaway clasps back on your lanyard. If you find that the end of the cord has frayed, you can wet the ends. (We like to burn our cords but we like to think that we are lanyard professionals! Please don't burn yourselves!) Once your breakaway clasps are on each end of the cord, you can tie a knot to secure them. (Again, we burn these in place to make sure they are permanent!) Voila!
